Terms & Conditions


  1. Transactions
    1. All transactions effected as a result of the use of this reservation system are made directly with the respective hotels. Singapore Hotel Association Holdings Pte Ltd does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel overselling the hotel's own room inventory.
    2. Singapore Hotel Association Holdings Pte Ltd is not the principal or agent of any of the hotels and shall not be involved in any claims or disputes or be liable for any loss or damage that may arise in relation to such transaction.
    3. We do not endorse or recommend any particular hotel.
  2. Prices
    1. The hotel sets the room rates shown. The quoted room rate is in Singapore currency, per room per night inclusive of service charge, government tax and applicable Goods and Services Tax.
    2. The room rate does not include any hotel transfer, meal, internet, etc, unless otherwise stated.
    3. Any booking made is not negotiable or exchangeable for any corporate rate, package deal, privilege card, airline discount, airline mileage benefits, or special promotions.
  3. Deposit
    1. The hotel charges the room rate for the first night's stay once your booking is made. The amount paid will be offset against the room charges upon check-in.
    2. The amount paid is not refundable or transferable if the customer does not check-in to the hotel.
  4. Cancellation
    1. Once a booking is made, cancellation will not be allowed and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
  5. Confirmation
    1. This Confirmation Note is proof of reservation made through the HRS.
    2. The customer is required to present this Confirmation Note at check-in.
  6. Travel Documentation
    1. The customer will be required to present the same passport and credit card used in making the reservation to check-in at the hotel.
    2. The customer may also be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges.
  7. Extension Stay
    1. Customer may call any of our reservation counters, on check-out date of the current booking (between 10am to 12pm), to request for extension stay. Room rate and category will subject to availability at the point of booking.
    2. If the extension stay is not for the same hotel, the customer is required to pay the first night room rate at any of our counters OR check-in within two hours from the time of booking. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the rights to cancel the booking without notice.
  8. Accuracy
    1. Singapore Hotel Association Holdings Pte Ltd makes its efforts to ensure that the information on properties listed is accurate and up to date but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice.
    2. We cannot and do not guarantee that the site is free from errors and faults. The accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of any information or service is based on inputs by the respective hotels.
  9. Privacy and Security
    1. We will not divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone. Once you enter our reservation system to make a reservation, you are automatically taken to a secure booking engine for a safe and smooth transaction.
